LearnFormula is seeking experienced and articulate Canadian legal professionals to develop engaging, high-quality continuing legal education (CLE) content for lawyers across Canada. This is a contract position with competitive compensation based on the length and complexity of recorded content.About the Role:This opportunity is ideal for licensed lawyers or legal academics with deep subject matter expertise and a passion for sharing knowledge. Whatever your background, we welcome candidates who are comfortable creating slideshow presentations and recording their own video courses or are open to collaborating with our production support team.Key Responsibilities:Create self-recorded or supported video content on specialized legal topics.Collaborate with LearnFormulas content and production teams to structure and refine material for digital delivery.Ensure content reflects current legislation, case law, professional standards, and CLE requirements.Propose and contribute new course topics and legal education ideas based on industry developments.Required Qualifications:Active license to practice law in Canada and in good standing with a provincial or territorial law society.Demonstrated legal expertise in one or more relevant practice areas.Prior experience in teaching, training, or public speaking.Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.Comfortable appearing on camera in a structured or conversational format.Preferred Experience:Experience with webinars, virtual instruction, or recorded educational content.Interest in legal commentary or digital education.Familiarity with audience engagement strategies in online learning environments.Compensation:For the first topic - $250 per hour of recorded video content or a 50/50 revenue share of course sales.(Rate depends on expertise, topic complexity, and production requirements.)After first topic, compensation depends on the topic you select, and can be within a range between a $100 and up to $500 per hour of recorded video.
