Job Title: Home Care Assistant ''> About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide quality care and support to seniors and individuals with physical or cognitive challenges in residential, community, or long-term care settings. ''> Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Support mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being. ] Health Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior. Assist with medication reminders and adherence as per care plan. ''> Home Support: Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry duties. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. ''> Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate records of care provided. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and their families. ''> Work Schedule: Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays. Day, evening, or night shifts depending on client needs. ''> Qualifications: Completion of a PSW certificate or equivalent recognized training. CPR and First Aid certification. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (in Canada). Minimum 3 years of experience (outside Canada). English proficiency with CLB 6 or higher. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ''> Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 $28.00. Paid time off.
