Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all incoming invoices related to the operations of the company and regulatory body secretariats for direct payment and purchase order payments. Key Responsibilities: Preparing invoices for processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment Administering financial transactions on the company's financial management and reporting system Providing information services to the company's management, staff and external suppliers related to the company's accountings payable and change back processes/guidelines Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven computer skills in financial systems, database, spreadsheet, internet and presentation applications to access financial data/information, download reports, reconcile reports and prepare summaries Proven reasoning and organizational skills to review, prioritize and process a high volume of accounts payable and charge back transactions Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of $19 per hour and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
