Job Description We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Superintendent to oversee the construction of complex projects. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of industrial, commercial, institutional (ICI), and infrastructure construction. The Civil Superintendent will be responsible for supervising onsite activities, scheduling, coordinating with trades, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Maintenance and upkeep of the job site is crucial, including cleanliness and organization at all times. About this Role: Lead teams in executing project plans and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports. Requirements: Minimum 8-10 years of construction experience. Strong understanding of construction disciplines, including safety regulations and cost control. Proven track record of project success and team collaboration. Ability to identify and mitigate potential problems.
