About our client: Our client offers drilling services and has been in business for a long time. They are known for retaining employees over the years. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the owners. The ideal candidate will have either experience in drilling services or construction with a focus on managing heavy equipment and crews, as well as operation and estimating skills. We are not seeking candidates with oil field drilling experience. This is an office-based position where the candidate will be in contact with crews and customers, answering emails and phone calls, overseeing operations and estimating.
