About Our Opportunity ''> We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Instructor . This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong leadership and mentorship skills, as well as a deep understanding of neurodiversity and trauma-informed care. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to instructor therapists/teachers in a collaborative environment. Collaborate with the learning program manager to design and refine individualized, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming programs. Model and maintain child-led, low-demand, and nature-based instructional practices. Support with onboarding, scheduling, and training of instructional staff. Foster a compassionate and respectful culture that supports emotional safety for both staff and students. Oversee documentation and progress reporting to ensure quality and consistency. Liaise with families and caregivers as needed to ensure wraparound support. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A deep understanding of neurodiversity, child development, and trauma-informed care. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities grounded in empathy, patience, and curiosity. Experience managing or supervising educators or therapists in therapeutic or educational settings. Proven ability to co-create individualized learning and regulation plans. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. A degree or certification in education, psychology, social work, or a related field. Experience working with neurodivergent children and/or in nature-based or alternative education settings is a strong asset.
