Were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us uncover new opportunities and drive growth through outbound prospecting and meaningful client engagement.What Youll Do:Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads via cold calls, emails, and social outreachResearch and identify key decision-makers at target accountsBook meetings for our Business Development Managers to move deals forwardBuild and manage a pipeline of leads in our CRMFollow up and nurture relationships to advance the sales cycleSupport with reports and light admin as part of the sales teamWhat You Bring:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience2+ years in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in tech or communications)Proven outbound prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreachStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, resilient, and results-drivenCoachable with strong time management skillsProficient with CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeFluency in French is an assetExperience in distribution or channel sales is a plusWhy Work With Us?Youll join a dynamic team at the forefront of technology distribution in Canada.
