**Job Title:** Social Inclusion Specialist This role involves supporting an Honduran organization in their efforts to promote gender equality and social inclusion. About the Project: The project aims to improve economic and social well-being of marginalized groups, particularly women and girls, in developing countries. The volunteer will work with a local partner to create community and institutional gender policies. Your Role: Analyze and review Draft Institutional Diagnosis documents. Develop a Training Plan for communities and staff members. Requirements: University degree in social sciences or equivalent experience. Knowledge/experience on gender equality and planning processes. Demonstrated experience working in multicultural teams. Benefits: Modest monthly living allowance. Accommodation during placement.
