Were scaling our GTM and building a national network of trusted Business Development Partners to help bring our solutions to top Canadian organizations.Open Role: Business Development Partner (HR / L&D Solutions) Build a pipeline and close deals for Skillements AI-readiness assessments and upskilling services Leverage your network of HR leaders, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, and C-level executives Educate potential clients about why AI readiness is mission-criticaltoday, not tomorrow Collaborate with our internal team to tailor solutions based on organizational needs Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, consultative selling, proposal, closing, and post-sale follow-upWhat Were Looking For Proven experience in business development, HR tech sales, or B2B SaaS solutions A strong network of decision-makers in HR, L&D, Talent Development, or C-Suite roles Deep understanding of corporate training, upskilling trends, or the future of work Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to translate challenges into solutions Self-motivated and excited by performance-based compensation Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or workforce development is a strong plusNice-to-Have Prior success selling to mid-size to large enterprises Knowledge of psychometric testing, assessments, or L&D program implementation Experience working in/with industries like Finance, Healthcare, Tech, or Professional Services A passion for AI and interest in thought leadership around future skillsCompensation & Commitment 100% Commission-Based (no base salary; high upside) Attractive commission structure for both initial deals and recurring business Flexible: Set your own hours and workload Ideal for senior consultants, freelance business developers, or agency partners Full access to marketing materials, demo support, and sales enablement toolsWhy Join Us?Skillement is redefining how organizations assess and build AI readiness.
