Tepsivo is a young, ambitious company on a mission to modernize the world of pharma and pharmacovigilance (PV). Since our inception in 2020, weve become the worlds first fully digital global provider of PV services, using a genuine end-to-end PV system powered by our in-house developed tools.We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our IT team. While doing this, you get the chance to make a dent in the pharmacovigilance services industry that has so far been dominated by dinosaurs relying on obsolete business models with low value-added activities and manual labor-intensive processes. Are you?As a Product Support Specialist, you willDrive the customer experience by supporting users of our products.Gain insights into customer needs and contribute ideas for product development.Test products from an end-user perspective to support development.Implement customer reports and workflows in close collaboration with account managers and the development team.Develop and run efficient internal and external support processes, tools, and integrations.We expect you toBe able to grasp and resolve technical problems as the first tier of support, and report to and collaborate with the development team to fix software issues.Have education and proven experience in software/product development, IT support, or testingHave communication and customer service skills for effective end-user supportBe able to showcase your automation, integration, and AI skillsWork efficiently with service desk and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.You are a quick learner, very good with computers. We expect you to have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A certain level of resistance for stress will also be required. You communicate fluently in both written and spoken French and English.Our team is working totally remotely, from home or utilizing a large network of co-working spaces. Your location is ideally in Canada as one of the main responsibilities is to support customers during PDT business hours.Our modus operandiWere a modern company and believe in a decentralized approach to management.
