This is a hands-on, advisory-driven role aimed at experienced professionals ready to guide strategic architecture decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect scalable FDM solutions aligned with R2R processes and reporting needs.Lead solutioning sessions to define ledger, orgs, and worktag hierarchies.Guide FDM governance, change control, and audit-aligned configuration.Troubleshoot and optimize live Workday Financials environments.Conduct client workshops focused on R2R workflow integration and financial compliance.Candidate Requirements3+ years of Workday Financials experience, with deep FDM expertise.Proven record of leading FDM design in multiple implementations.Expert in Workday worktags, custom orgs, and ledger architecture.Strong understanding of financial reporting, R2R workflows, and compliance.Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.Engagement DetailsPermanent roles (Canada only): Must work hybrid (3 days/week onsite).Contractors (USA & Canada): Fully remote.
