Insight Global is hiring a Risk Process Manager for a leading financial institution in downtown Toronto!JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Process Manager will oversee a team responsible for managing and improving eight key processes related to delinquent credit card customers. This role involves indirect people leadership and focuses on digital interactions rather than direct customer involvement. Process Ownership: Manage and maintain eight processes (Contacting, Digital, Servicing, Segmentation) with a focus on continuous improvement. Bankruptcy Resolution: Oversee the end-to-end process for customers resolving bankruptcy, including file transfers and strategy updates. Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to map out processes and create visual flows. Data Management: Understand and interpret data tables, with experience in Power BI and Tableau. No need for data visualization creation, but a strong understanding of data is required. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Tech, and Product teams, as well as senior leadership, to align on business needs and risk appetite. No direct involvement with customers; focus on digital processes. Ensure the team is managing processes effectively and looking for opportunities to improve. Work with tech leads to process and code bankruptcy resolutions. Use query language experience to understand data tables and support the team.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience: At least 5 years in process management, risk management, continuous improvement, or project management roles.Leadership: Strong people leadership skills managing/ mentoring. Industry Background: Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services or technology. Experience in manufacturing or CPG with a focus on process engineering is also valuable.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools. Understanding of agile and lean six sigma principles is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to break down mathematical problems, understand variables, and solve for math.Interview Process: Candidates will undergo a case interview focusing on quantitative analytics, data interpretation, and problem-solving.Data Skills: Including SQL and Tableau.Experience in using data to influence strategy and problem-solving.NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCELean Six Sigma certification (not required but preferred).Query writing.SQL.
