Bellwoods Brewery is looking for a Driver to join our team. This position is based out of our 20 Hafis Rd. (Toronto, ON) location, which serves as our production brewery, warehouse, and packaging facility. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our warehouse, logistics, and freight operations.To be successful in this position you must have a minimum three years of current, consecutive experience in commercial truck driving and heavy equipment operation, a clean driving record, and a valid full Class AZ licence. Additionally, it is mandatory for the ideal candidate to be legally insured on both our commercial 5-tonne and 14-tonne trucks. Proof of insurability will be required in the form of a Letter of Experience from the most recent previous employer insurer. They should also have experience delivering to and from locations within the GTA and the surrounding Southern Ontario area, as well as familiarity working in a warehouse environment.Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate must be able to lift up to 65kg and must be able to safely transport, lift and maneuver beer kegs and other heavy materials. Although, proper equipment is always provided to assist. The ability to operate a forklift and pallet stacker is considered an asset, however training and certification will be provided, if necessary.Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and great work ethic, who thrives in a team environment.
