We're seeking someone proficient in Solidity or Flow, ready to build the future.What Youll DoDesign, develop, and deploy smart contracts usingSolidity for Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains, or Cadence for Flow blockchain.Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to build end-to-end dApps.Write and run unit, integration, and property-based tests using tools like Hardhat, Foundry, or Flow testing frameworks.Optimize for security, efficiency, and gas usage (where applicable).Participate in architecture discussions, audits, and code reviews.Stay current with new EIPs, Flow Improvement Proposals (FIPs), toolchains, and security practices.You Should Have13 years hands-on experiencewriting and deploying smart contracts inSolidity or Cadence (Flow).Experience building smart contracts for DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs.Familiarity withrelevant blockchain standards (e.g., ERCs for Ethereum, FT/NFT standards for Flow),design patterns, and common attack vectors.Ability to debug low-level blockchain behavior and optimize contract performance onEVM-compatible chains or Flow.A strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and dApp architecture.Comfort with startup-level ambiguity and autonomy.Nice-to-HavesPrior contributions to open-source blockchain projects (Ethereum, Flow, or others).Experience with Layer 2 chains (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism, Base) or other blockchain ecosystems beyond Ethereum/Flow.Familiarity with tokenomics design or automated governance mechanisms.Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to assist in dev workflows.Compensation & CommitmentEquity or token-based compensation (generous and vesting over 23 years)Part-time commitment: 1520 hours/week (fully remote, async-friendly)No upfront salary this is a founder-track opportunity in a high-upside stealth startupPotential to evolve into a core contributor, lead engineer, or full-time role post-launchHow to ApplyPlease share a PDF resume with us that includes reference or links to your favorite smart contract you've written (or reviewed), and share your GitHub or project links if available.
