No fluff.What Youll Do:Hunt mid-market and enterprise companies in high-spend travel verticalsReach out via cold email, calls, LinkedIn, and your own secret weaponsSpeak directly to C-suite, procurement leaders, and executive assistantsQualify and book meetings directly into the CEO & Director of Sales calendarsLog everything in Pipedrive so we move as a unitUse our proven scripts and sales stack or bring your own sauce if it gets resultsShare weekly check-ins, no micromanagement, just momentumWho You Are:A true hunter, you know how to find doors and kick them openBold, persuasive, and smooth under pressureYou treat your pipeline like your paycheck, because it isBased in North America preferred (but global grinders welcome)B2B sales experience: cold outreach, lead gen, appointment settingBonus points if youve sold into travel, logistics, freight, or aviationHow Youll Get Paid:Commission + Contract-Based : Earn as you produce, no cap.Get paid for every qualified meeting booked with companies spending $100K$2M+ annually.Top performers unlock more leads, bonuses, and priority access to high-potential accounts.Long-term salaried roles arent given, theyre earned.Prove consistency, build trust, and well talk full-time contracts, growth paths, and leadership opportunities.Why CTMS?Were not a call center.
