Join our passionate, bath-obsessed crew-we promise good vibes, better spreadsheets, and plenty of bath soaks.Key Responsibilities:Website & Product ManagementMaintain and update websites (D2C, B2B, other) daily to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and imagesManage product setup, variants, categorization, and SEO-friendly contentCoordinate homepage banners, promotional collections, and static page updates (e.g., shipping timelines)Site Optimization & Quality ControlMonitor all websites for broken links, missing visuals, and UX issuesConduct regular competitive and performance audits to ensure best-in-class standardsMarketing Execution & Asset CoordinationCollaborate with the marketing team to implement online promotions, homepage updates, and campaign launches, ensuring accurate deploymentSupport sales events by actioning promotional pricing, creating discount codes, placing marketing supported orders, and verifying updates across all Shopify storefrontsMaintain visual and brand consistency across all website content and campaignsNew Launches & PDP OptimizationSupport product detail page (PDP) creation for new launches and featured collectionsUse data insights to adjust suggested products and improve cross-selling opportunitiesOrder Tracking & FulfillmentEnter tracking details across multiple platforms for both D2C and B2B ordersUpdate 3PL software with shipment notes, priorities, and documentation (invoices, customs info, etc.)Vendor Coordination & PackagingReconcile packing lists with internal priority and tracking documentsUpdate purchase orders (POs) in 3PL software (ShipHero) with accurate details for inbound shipmentsAssist in product and packaging setup within PO issuing software QuickBooks Online (QBO)Inventory & Shipment OversightTrack inbound inventory and ensure timely receipt within service-level agreements (SLAs)Prepare and distribute daily SLA performance reportsPrepare monthly inventory reportMonitor in-transit shipments and proactively flag delays, clearance holds, or missing documentationQualifications:Hands-on experience with Shopify (bonus points if you've managed both D2C and B2B stores)Familiarity with Ship Hero or other logistics platforms (a strong asset!)Highly organized with strong attention to detailyou love a good checklist and double-checking the fine printComfortable navigating spreadsheets, managing product data, and troubleshooting tech hiccupsA proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, growing teamPassion for process improvement and streamlining workflows (we love a fresh idea!)Interest in wellness, beauty, or bath products is a plus-we take our soaks seriously around here!Benefits + Perks:Comprehensive benefit planRRSP matchingWork from home benefitAnnual company/performance bonusProduct discountsEmployee wellness programJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Remote, located in EST Start Date: ImmediateSalary: $45,000-$55,000Hours: Monday-Friday, with some evening/weekendsWe strongly encourage applications from visible minorities, individuals with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
