The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full end to end customer experience cycle; servicing the client with their insurance needs from the moment they call and inquire to binding coverage accurately and professionally.RESPONSIBILITIES:Renewal review, recommendations, comparison quotes and remarket when neededPrepare and mail appropriate renewal letters highlighting any missing coverageHandle any cancellations in accordance with our procedures.Invoice endorsements, cancellations and rewritesTotal account sales awareness, cross sell and up sell as much as possibleAction all renewals, endorsements and claimsProcess change requests on company portals, when neededReview and invoice all endorsements (and renewals, if necessary)Issue in-house endorsements and new business on company portals, when neededRelease renewals after making appropriate changes, when neededScan, record all conversations, and attach documents to our client management systemQuote cross sells and up sell as much as possibleIssue pink slips when needed in addition to completing miscellaneous duties as assignedPrepare new business documents to be sent for signatures, etc.Report order: MVR, Autoplus, HITSSupport other members of the team when neededRespond promptly to telephone, email and fax enquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintainedPrepare new business documents to be sent for signatures on any new business written and provide binder of insurance, certificates of Insurance to mortgagee, lawyer dealership as required and issue pink slipsREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3 years personal insurance experienceR.I.B.O is required and preferably working towards CIP or CAIB designationClient development / relationship management experienceSuperb interpersonal skills, presentation skills and attention to detailSelf-starter with strong written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skillsProficiency in Outlook, and WordNavacord is actively committed to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
