The Intermediate Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service and insurance solutions tailored to personal and light commercial auto needs. This role offers a mix of client-facing engagement and behind-the-scenes problem-solving, all within a positive, supportive work environment. Intermediate Insurance Advisor responsibilities: Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions tailored to client risk profile Provide clear, confident explanations of coverage options, pricing, and policy term Apply sound judgment to classify and bind appropriate coverage Promote relevant membership programs and perks Collaborate with underwriting on custom or complex cases Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements Maintain strong performance across service quality, client satisfaction, and productivity targets The successful candidate has: 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (personal lines required; light commercial is a plus) High school diploma (post-secondary education is a strong asset) A valid Level 2 General Insurance Agent License (required) Strong product knowledge in auto and property insurance Proficiency with insurance systems (e.g., Guidewire or equivalent) A collaborative, client-first mindset with excellent communication skills Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $52,000 $64,000, depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package Ongoing professional development opportunities (CIP support available) Positive, people-focused work culture Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
