Inspecting equipment and tooling to ensure proper use. Maintaining and cleaning spray application equipment, booths, and filters. Mixing coating formulas to the correct viscosity using thinner or solvent. Following customer specifications, worksheets, and verbal instructions. Coordinating the movement of finished goods to inspection or shipping areas. Performing manual touch-ups and ensuring quality control. Initiate process improvements and report back and track issues. Perform data entry as needed.
