This is your opportunity to make a name for yourself on the global stage.The role includes:Leading and developing a global sales team across strategic accounts, regional sales, and key international customersTaking full ownership of a 3-Year Global Sales Strategy directly aligned to ambitious business growth targetsNegotiating complex international commercial contracts, working alongside technical, legal, and senior leadership teamsTranslating complex customer needs into tailored technical solutions by partnering closely with engineering, product development, and marketing functionsDelivering KPIs, reporting global sales performance, and driving continuous improvement across all marketsDirect engagement with RFQs, large-scale proposals, and engineered-to-order projects where technical complexity meets commercial opportunityYou will bring:At least 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position within capital equipment or engineered solutions.A strong background in food and beverage processing equipment.Solid technical understanding and the ability to engage confidently with engineers and customer project teams.A track record of successfully negotiating complex international commercial contracts.Proven leadership of geographically dispersed, matrix-managed sales teams.Bilingual capability in French and English would be a distinct advantage.The opportunity:You are stepping into a business that has the products, the customers, and the technical credibility.
