''> Collaborate with subject matter experts to build and maintain a library of learning assets that support onboarding, compliance, product knowledge, and role-specific development. ''> Support the implementation of higher-level learning programs for leadership development, career pathing, and cross-functional learning. ''> Identify opportunities to enhance learning effectiveness, accessibility, and measurement. ''> Align learning programs with broader organizational initiatives and talent strategies. ''> Provide day-to-day support, mentorship, and coordination for the Training & Development Advisors. ''> ''> Requirements: ''> ''> A degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field. ''> 4-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development. ''> Experience in financial services is an asset. ''> Strong facilitation, communication, and writing skills. ''> Possess experience supporting or mentoring others in a collaborative team environment. ''> Display strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ''> Be technologically proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems. ''> Demonstrate an ability to adapt to and accommodate diverse learning styles. ''> Can work in a fast-paced team environment with changing priorities.
