The Constituency Caseworker position is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the community. A Member of Parliament is seeking a qualified candidate to fill this role, which involves managing and resolving issues on behalf of constituents by liaising with other federal government departments and services. Key responsibilities include maintaining the case management structure, advocating for constituents, understanding current guidelines and legislation, establishing relationships with key contact points, and assisting with office and administrative tasks. This role requires significant experience in managing multiple activities, prioritizing relationships, and exhibiting strong attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical skills. Experience in casework management, working with a Member of Parliament, or communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi are considered assets.
