Foster collaboration between design and product development teams to drive innovation and efficiency in production processes. Develop and maintain technical files, including detailed sketches, measurement specs, and construction methods. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. At least 2 years'' experience in the industry, preferably in apparel or accessory construction. Strong understanding of silhouettes, fabrication, colorways, sewing techniques, graphics, and trims.
