Experience working in Excel and Word. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves: Managing staff nameplates and ordering business cards. Stocking paper supply and maintaining minimum inventory. Booking hotel rooms via online portal and managing office keys. Point of contact for cleaning staff and facilitating basic building maintenance requests. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can deliver success in this dynamic role.
