Project Manager - Deep Utilities ''> Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the execution of deep utility infrastructure projects, including water, sewer, and electrical systems. This role will focus on managing multiple utility projects ranging from $3 million to $15 million, overseeing teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the execution of deep utility infrastructure projects. Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery. Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of work. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and staying within financial constraints. Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and company quality protocols. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and manage expectations; foster strong relationships to ensure repeat business. Handle conflict resolution on-site and within the project team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all projects, including permits, change orders, and safety reports. Supervise daily operations, including handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, and addressing any project challenges. Ensure effective communication with senior management and provide timely progress reports. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management for deep utilities, construction, or civil infrastructure.
