Job Title: Maintenance Operations Director Description: The Maintenance Operations Director will lead the plant maintenance program with a focus on planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance. They will supervise maintenance and setup teams to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of an asset management plan for capital planning and risk mitigation. Supervise maintenance and setup teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Analyze machine downtime assessments and implement corrective actions to minimize future occurrences. Develop and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and deliver training to staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should have: An engineering degree or skilled trades certification (e.g., Millwright, Electrician). A minimum 7 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Proficiency in CMMS management and training. Strong skills in project management and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
