**Operations Supervisor Job Summary** This role oversees the management of warehouse and delivery teams, ensuring efficient operation. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure effective task completion. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in delivery and be knowledgeable about building supplies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Navision is required. A valid forklift certification would be an asset. Responsibilities: Oversee coordination of shipping, operations, and transportation teams. Provide clear direction to operations staff to maximize effectiveness. Assist the Operations Manager with operations management duties. Support customer service, order entry, reporting, etc., as needed. Measure and report on warehouse, shipping, operations, and transportation team effectiveness. Travel to locations for training, support, and supervision as needed. Requirements: Minimum two years of experience in delivery. Broad knowledge of building supplies and home improvement products. Prior experience with forklift operation. Effective communication skills and ability to read and speak English. Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments.
