In this critical role, you will lead the design and execution of change management strategies to support large-scale transformation initiatives. Your work will help shape how our people, systems, and processes adapt to change, ultimately driving operational effectiveness, cultural alignment, and sustainable growth.Youll work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable change management and communication plans. If you're passionate about organizational change and thrive in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement holistic change management strategies and frameworks tailored to project and business needs.Apply industry best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotters Model) to ensure smooth change adoption and minimize resistance.Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure and refine the effectiveness of change initiatives.Partner with project teams to embed change management activities throughout project plans and deliverables.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding them through transformational change.Build strong relationships across departments to align change efforts with business goals and cultural priorities.Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and buy-in.Create compelling change narratives and messaging strategies tailored to various audiences.Identify organizational impacts, including changes to roles, responsibilities, or structures, and provide strategies to address them.Guide leaders on how to support their teams through the change journey.Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that foster change readiness and capability.Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to align change enablement with company-wide development programs.Foster a culture of agility, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.Define governance processes to ensure accountability, alignment, and success tracking for change initiatives.Monitor and collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to optimize future change efforts.Continuously refine and maintain a scalable change management toolkit and methodologyRecipe for Success:Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and strategic messaging across all levels.Use data and insights to identify root causes and tailor change approaches.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.Demonstrate empathy and resilience while navigating ambiguity and fostering inclusion.5+ years of experience managing and executing organizational change initiatives.Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and training delivery.Bachelors degree in organizational development, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred).Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is an asset.Consulting and/or corporate transformation experience preferred.What We Can Offer:As we grow, we are committed to preserving the parts of our diversity & culture that is unique, people focused and are core to our success at every size.
