The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full end to end customer experience cycle; servicing the client with their insurance needs from the moment they call and inquire to binding coverage accurately and professionally. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greeting clients Answer incoming calls directed to reception from the Automated Telephone System and redirecting as appropriate. Collect and distribute incoming mail Arrange the delivery of outgoing mail Organizing, managing and ordering office supplies Provide technical assistance to Account Managers Provide back-up support to Account Managers when required Review renewals to ensure coverage is accurate, taking into account any changes prior to renewal Amend description on the EDOC under the attachment screen to reflect policy number, type of policy, renewal term Add RENR Activity to EPIC for Account Manager (CSR) to review renewal if increase does not meet renewal threshold Add RENR Activity to EPIC for Account Manager if policy (ies) missing any important coverage component Process daily automated downloads from insurers Prepare and mail appropriate renewal letter, from letters on EPIC, and add appropriate paragraphs for any missing coverage (i.e. GRC, Sewer Back Up, Overland) Review daily log for downloaded endorsements and cancellations - documents to be examined to ensure accuracy Invoice endorsements, Cancellations and Rewrites (and renewals if Agency Bill or missed on ADI) Change the description of the downloaded EDOC, under the attachment screen, to reflect the change Scan and attach documents to Agency Manager using correct category and sub-category codes Miscellaneous duties as assigned Support other staff REQUIREMENTS: Superb interpersonal skills, presentation skills and attention to detail Self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skills Proficiency in Outlook and Word Navacord is actively committed to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
