The work you will do: Visit homes and long-term care facilities to treat residents as needed Treat, monitor, and follow up on stable conditions in-home on a daily or weekly basis Conduct in-home assessments and provide care for patients who may be unable to visit the clinic for ongoing assessment Why Bayshore? Experience Required: At least 2 years (3000 hours) of full-time experience in the past five years as a Home Care Nurse OR At least 1 year (1500 hours) of full-time experience in the past five years working in remote, isolated, or semi-isolated communities as a Home Care Nurse #J-18808-Ljbffr
