Ability to conduct energy and water audits, assessments, and perform sales presentations using approved sales materials and procedures. Time management skills, goal setting, and drive to meet sales objectives and targets are essential. Our team members communicate daily with various departments and the executive director. All team members adhere to corporate Sales Policies as defined in this agreement and updated by Sales Management. Ongoing key performance indicators: Enroll 100 Small Volume RCEs per month within their assigned territory. Pass annual certification, training tests, and criminal record checks. Own a vehicle in good condition, hold a valid drivers license, and be insurable.
