Head of Performance, Coaching & Talent Development Equity Partner Location: Remote (Global) Commitment: 20 hrs/week minimum Department: Human Resources Reports To: Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) What You Put In Is What You Get Out This isnt just a titleits a stake. Youll own the people-growth engine at Anime Universe, driving coaching, training, performance management, and talent development from Day 1. Youll craft the frameworks and programs that turn ambition into achievement, embed our core values into every ritual, and empower our global, async-native team to operate at peak performance. What You''ll Own Performance Architecture Define, track, and optimize talent-health KPIs (readiness scores, skill-gap closure, coaching ROI) Design data-driven performance rituals: quarterly growth sprints, pulse surveys, performance showcases Coaching & Training Frameworks Build and certify an internal coach-of-coaches network Lead 1:1, group, and cohort-based executive & HiPo coaching programs Architect learning academies: leadership bootcamps, manager certification, technical upskilling labs Curate external partnerships for specialized master-classes and certifications (e.g., CPTD, ICF-PCC, SHRM-SCP) Talent Development & Career Pathing Design contributorleaderequity-partner progression roadmaps with clear milestones Implement HiPo acceleration cohorts, mentorship circles, and succession pipelines Ensure all development plans align with Anime Universes mission, strategy, and ownership model How Youll Collaborate Partner with HR, People Ops, and business leaders to diagnose skill gaps and prioritize programs Work alongside Culture & Engagement teams to integrate coaching and training into day-to-day rituals Liaise with Finance and Legal on equity and token-based incentive structures What You Bring 10+ years in performance management, learning & development, or executive coaching Proven track record designing and scaling coaching & training programs in distributed, async-native environments Strong analytical skillsexperienced with talent analytics, dashboards, and measurement frameworks Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and change-management capabilities Deep empathy, emotional intelligence, and passion for building people-first cultures Bonus: experience with equity-partner models, token-based rewards, or creative/technical hybrid teams Compensation & Perks Equity: Founding-Equity Partner shares Token Rewards: Pending legal clearance Salary: Unlocked via revenue milestones Culture: Remote-first, async-native, autonomy-rich Our Promise We dont just grow talentwe build the systems that make high performance inevitable.
