You enjoy working directly with clients, solving problems, and collaborating with a supportive team to bring smart solutions to life.This is a Junior Role, ideal for someone looking to grow into a full Implementation Consultant position while learning from experienced professionals along the way.Job ResponsibilitiesDocument technical solutions (including custom development if required) in close collaboration with Business Analysts, Implementation Managers and Developers.Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure the solution matches the output of the project.Support the implementation team in monday.com solution delivery for clients.Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and workflows.Configure and build monday.com workspaces, dashboards, automations, and integrations under the guidance of senior consultants.Participate in client meetings to understand their business needs and challenges.Help translate client requirements into platform-based solutions.Perform basic QA testing to validate platform configurations and updates.Stay current with monday.com features, apps, and use cases.Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and proficiency in Eligeo supported platforms and products and targeted industries.Qualifications1–2 years hands-on experience with SAAS training and Software ImplementationFamiliarity with tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma is an asset.Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical users.Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience required.Bachelors degree in business management or equivalent experience required.Expert communicator and must be perfectly fluent in English, both written and spoken.Able to translate between business users and technical professionals.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8-hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelors Degree (preferred)Experience:1–2 years hands-on experience with SAAS training and Software ImplementationSmartsheet, Asana, ClickUp: 1 year (required)Lucidchart, Visio, or OmniGraffle: 1 year (required)Monday.com (nice to have)
