Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with Aplin to grow their team in Edmonton, Alberta!Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in modular construction to oversee and coordinate job site operations. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and trades efficiently.Responsibilities:Supervise all phases of modular construction projects from start to finishCoordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on-siteEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specificationsInterpret blueprints and technical drawingsMaintain high safety standards and enforce safety proceduresProvide daily updates and progress reports to project managementMust-Have Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent or similar role within modular constructionIn-depth knowledge of modular construction processes, building codes, and safety regulationsStrong organizational and communication skillsProven track record of managing multiple trades and delivering quality resultsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and project specificationsCSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications (required)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAssets:Additional safety certifications such as First Aid and Fall ProtectionWillingness to travel out of town for work assignmentsDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
