Prior experience as senior delivery and operational executive in a global, matrixed organization. Expertise in resource supply chain planning and execution. Demonstrated experience in industrialization, lean management, and continuous improvement. Strong commercial acumen and ability to design cost-effective operational models. Experience in international delivery environments, especially with Indian and European teams.
