ResponsibilitiesDrive district sales performance as the top priority by setting clear targets, executing national strategies at the local levelCoach, mentor, and develop a district team of 1012 Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (HSCs), with a strong focus on sales execution, messaging impact, and closing skillsDevelop and execute impactful business plans at the district level aligned with national objectives.Establish and grow trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals, institutions, and clinic networks. Support reps in identifying customer needs and delivering value-based solutions that enhance patient care and drive prescription growth.Qualifications5+ years of previous pharmaceutical experience including experience in other facets of commercial organization (e.g.. Marketing)10+ years of previous pharmaceutical experience (e.g. Sales and Marketing) with 5+ years of direct people management experienceCollaborative, with a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-it-done approach.Looks to push accountability and decision-making down into their team and take on the role of advisor
