The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building out our Direct Hire (headhunting) team of Talent Acquisition professionals.Qualifications and descriptionRecruitment and Talent Acquisition experience - this will be a working Manager role, meaning you will have to do a 360 desk as wellHeadhunting and cold call selling is a mustRecruit, train, manage, and develop a team of Direct Hire recruiters that includes headhunting. Headhunting includes calling people at their place of work similar to a cold calling salesperson.
