With elements of both inside and outside sales, the role will primarily be responsible for managing our mechanical plumbing customers. This includes answering customer questions, product selection, reviewing tenders and producing quotes, and attending tradeshows/events. This role is also responsible for quoting other products we represent, including HVAC/Boiler parts, internally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients (Wholesalers, Engineers, Architects & Mechanical Contractors)Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targetsConduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customersHost and present product knowledge sessions to existing and potential clients through lunch & learnsCollaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients needsProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales processAttend tradeshows and represent the brands we carry to existing and potential clientsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record of successStrong mechanical knowledge in HVAC & plumbing systems preferredExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentationsProven track record / experience with a CRMValid Canadian Passport and Drivers LicensePay & BenefitsSalary: $50,000 - $60,000+ per annum based on experienceCommissionBonus PayPaid VacationExtended health, dental, and vision benefitsRRSP/DPSP matching programExpense reimbursement for travel-related costsOpportunities for professional developmentWhy Choose WD?Weve been around for over 40 years, and whats kept us going is simple: we do things with integrity, were not afraid to try new ideas, we build real relationships, and we do what we say well do.
