This role offers a mix of client-facing engagement and behind-the-scenes problem-solving, all within a positive, supportive work environment.Intermediate Insurance Advisor responsibilities:Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions tailored to client risk profileProvide clear, confident explanations of coverage options, pricing, and policy termApply sound judgment to classify and bind appropriate coveragePromote relevant membership programs and perksCollaborate with underwriting on custom or complex casesMentor junior team members and contribute to process improvementsMaintain strong performance across service quality, client satisfaction, and productivity targetsThe successful candidate has:3+ years of experience in the insurance industry (personal lines required; light commercial is a plus)High school diploma (post-secondary education is a strong asset)A valid Level 2 General Insurance Agent License (required)Strong product knowledge in auto and property insuranceProficiency with insurance systems (e.g., Guidewire or equivalent)A collaborative, client-first mindset with excellent communication skillsCompensation and benefits:The discussed salary range is $52,000 $64,000, depending on experienceCandidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be consideredComprehensive benefits packageOngoing professional development opportunities (CIP support available)Positive, people-focused work cultureCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
