Now Hiring: Contracts & Risk Administrator Calgary or Vancouver, CanadaAre you a detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of contract law and a passion for mitigating risk? Our client, a leader in the building systems industry, is seeking a Contracts & Risk Administrator to support operations in either Calgary or Vancouver.What Youll DoAs a key member of the Contracts & Risk team, you'll:Review and interpret terms and conditions for various agreements (service, modernization, new construction, change orders).Negotiate and approve contract terms with internal sales teams and customers.Provide guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and risk-related matters to internal departments and clients.Assist with drafting and managing insurance and bond request forms.Support collection efforts by drafting demand letters, negotiating account settlements, and managing early contract cancellations.Collaborate with the Contracts & Risk Management Director on national agreement revisions, internal guideline development, and legal research.Help address and resolve delinquent account issues in partnership with regional branches.Perform additional legal research and administrative duties in support of compliance, legal, and risk-related functions.What You BringA post-secondary degree and/or certificate in Law, Legal Administration, or Paralegal Studies.2+ years of experience in contract review and administration (experience with construction contracts in Canada is a strong asset).A solid understanding of legal terminology and the ability to interpret legal documents.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.A proactive mindset and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Why Join?Be part of a nationally recognized company known for operational excellence and team collaboration.Get involved in strategic legal and risk management initiatives.Opportunity to work in either Calgary or Vancouver, with a strong support network and a clear growth path.
