We invite you to join our team!We're Hiring: Integrity Commissioner(s) (ICs) Are you a trusted, impartial professional with experience in governance, investigations, or administrative law?Were building a province-wide roster of Integrity Commissioners (ICs) to support fair, transparent, and accountable conduct across school boards in Ontario. ICs play a vital role in maintaining public confidence by upholding ethical standards and resolving trustee code of conduct complaints.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct investigations and provide decisions on alleged trustee conduct breaches.Offer confidential advice on compliance with the Code of Conduct and conflict of interest provisions.Deliver education and awareness sessions on ethical leadership.Prepare clear and timely reports for boards and stakeholders.You BringMinimum 3 years of experience in quasi-judicial, investigative, or ethics-focused roles.Deep understanding of administrative law, procedural fairness, and public sector governance.Ability to remain neutral, independent, and maintain strict confidentiality.Experience working with education, legal, or public institutions is an asset.Bilingualism (French/English) or experience working with either Public and or Catholic/French school boards is considered an asset.
