Job Description

Job Title We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage the Service Support Infrastructure with a primary focus on supporting home appliance products. This role is instrumental in developing and enhancing a national service network that delivers exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure the appliance service network is equipped, trained, and aligned to deliver outstanding repair quality and customer satisfaction. The position also ensures retail partners are equipped with all necessary technical and service-related information for appliances. Key Responsibilities: Operation of authorized service centers including quality and customer service on a national scale. Strategic planning and product quality monitoring to ensure best-in-class service. Optimization of the Service Network for full product coverage across the country. Development and delivery of training programs. Ensuring service calls are consistently handled effectively and the overall quality of repairs is increased to industry benchmark levels. Maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) as mandated. Reduction of overall service expenses while improving repair quality and customer service. Requirements: University degree or college equivalent in business administration, engineering, or HVAC. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent negotiation skills. High motivation to take on new tasks and responsibilities with excellent time management skills. At least 3 years of experience as a technical trainer, assistant service manager, or service manager, or a combination of both. Experience with home appliance products preferred.
