E-commerce Operations Coordinator At Bathorium, were on a global mission to Bring Back the Bath-and that takes a serious behind-the-scenes hero. Were looking for an organized, detail-loving E-commerce Operations Coordinator who finds joy in polished product pages, neatly packed cartons, and shipping deadlines met with precision. From managing product launches to updating websites and wrangling packing slips, youll keep our digital shelves stocked and our tubs full. Key Responsibilities: Website & Product Management Maintain and update websites (D2C, B2B, other) daily to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images Manage product setup, variants, categorization, and SEO-friendly content Coordinate homepage banners, promotional collections, and static page updates (e.g., shipping timelines) Site Optimization & Quality Control Monitor all websites for broken links, missing visuals, and UX issues Conduct regular competitive and performance audits to ensure best-in-class standards Marketing Execution & Asset Coordination Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online promotions, homepage updates, and campaign launches, ensuring accurate deployment Support sales events by actioning promotional pricing, creating discount codes, placing marketing supported orders, and verifying updates across all Shopify storefronts Maintain visual and brand consistency across all website content and campaigns New Launches & PDP Optimization Support product detail page (PDP) creation for new launches and featured collections Use data insights to adjust suggested products and improve cross-selling opportunities Order Tracking & Fulfillment Enter tracking details across multiple platforms for both D2C and B2B orders Update 3PL software with shipment notes, priorities, and documentation (invoices, customs info, etc.) Vendor Coordination & Packaging Reconcile packing lists with internal priority and tracking documents Update purchase orders (POs) in 3PL software (ShipHero) with accurate details for inbound shipments Assist in product and packaging setup within PO issuing software QuickBooks Online (QBO) Inventory & Shipment Oversight Track inbound inventory and ensure timely receipt within service-level agreements (SLAs) Prepare and distribute daily SLA performance reports Prepare monthly inventory report Monitor in-transit shipments and proactively flag delays, clearance holds, or missing documentation Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Shopify (bonus points if you''ve managed both D2C and B2B stores) Familiarity with Ship Hero or other logistics platforms (a strong asset!) Highly organized with strong attention to detailyou love a good checklist and double-checking the fine print Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, managing product data, and troubleshooting tech hiccups A proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, growing team Passion for process improvement and streamlining workflows (we love a fresh idea!)
