Our client located in Toronto is currently looking for a Bilingual Day Care Director to join to their growing organization. Our client is offering: Excellent salary and employment package Annual bonus Comprehensive benefits program 25 vacation/ paid time off days per year RRSP plan Rewarding work environment In this role, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the day care operations Supervising, organizing and coordinating the schedules of day care personnel Ensuring adherence to safety and security policies and procedures Arranging meetings with team members and parents Resolving issues and conflicts as they occur Monitoring daily occurrences Managing budgets Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will have: Fluently bilingual in both French and English (written and verbal) Early Childhood Education Degree and/or related field Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator Previous day care management experience Able to work within the day care hours Demonstrates a positive outlook, adaptability and passion for working with children Send your resume today to be considered for this position.
