Geotechnical Construction Manager Role Details: Salary of $200,000+ * Bonus: Up to 35% Benefits: Comprehensive benefits starting from the hire date Vacation: Enjoy 4 weeks of vacation annually RRSP: 5% employer match Vehicle Allowance EAP Program Tuition Reimbursement Gym Reimbursement Training & Development Geotechnical Construction Manager Responsibilities: As the senior boots-on-the-ground leader for the region, youll: Drive project execution for deep foundations, SOE systems, jet grouting, CSM, and more. Oversee estimating, risk analysis, scheduling, and field performance across multiple active jobsites. Serve as the technical go-to between project managers, estimators, engineers, and client reps. Recruit and mentor top-tier construction professionals and engineers in the BC market. Engage directly with clients and internal leadership to shape project strategy, mitigate risks, and deliver excellence. Represent the business at industry events and lead expansion efforts across Pacific Canada. Geotechnical Construction Manager Qualifications 10+ years in geotechnical or heavy civil construction with deep familiarity in BCs geological and regulatory landscape. Hands-on experience with: Drilling (large and small diameter) Anchoring , Jet Grouting , Soil Mixing , Secant/Caisson Walls Support of Excavation (SOE) systems Bachelors degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (P.Eng an asset) Proven leadership in running multi-million-dollar ground engineering or heavy infrastructure projects. Strategic thinker who can guide operations and speak the language of engineers and clients alike. Youve spent your career building from the ground down.
