Join the Litens Information Technology Team as a IT Manager. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards in security, infrastructure, and cloud services. You will support high-performance computing for engineering teams and drive operational efficiency in a tier-one automotive manufacturing environment. Lead IT operations across the Americas, aligning with local and global IT compliance standards. Collaborate with regional and global IT leaders to implement consistent security, infrastructure, and cloud strategies. Develop and maintain disaster recovery policies tailored to regional needs. Enforce cybersecurity and access control policies in line with global frameworks. Oversee deployment of network products, protocols, and services to support strategic IT initiatives. Standardize hardware/software configurations across departments and locations. Manage installation and support of IT infrastructure, including: Servers, enterprise software, and operating systems; Network and connectivity solutions; Mobile device management and remote access; End-user computing and help desk operations. Drive performance and efficiency in IT support, especially for engineering and manufacturing teams. Lead and mentor remote and on-site IT teams, fostering innovation and accountability. Ensure compliance with global IT governance, audits, and risk assessments. Monitor and report on KPIs related to IT service delivery and user satisfaction. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. ~10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles. ~ Proven experience in IT operations within a tier-one automotive or engineering-intensive environment. ~ Strong knowledge of: Enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud-based applications; Cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and access control; High-performance computing (HPC) environments. ~ Familiarity with IT compliance and data protection regulations in the Americas. ~ Project management expertise in complex, multi-site IT initiatives. ~ Ability to balance global standardization with local operational needs.
