Insurance Account Manager Job This position involves providing exceptional service to clients with their insurance needs, from initial inquiries to binding coverage. Main Responsibilities: Renewal review and analysis to provide accurate and professional recommendations Preparation and mailing of renewal letters highlighting any missing coverage Handling cancellations in accordance with procedures Issuing invoices for endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites Total account sales awareness and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities Actioning all renewals, endorsements, and claims Processing change requests on company portals as needed Reviewing and invoicing all endorsements (and renewals, if necessary) Issuing in-house endorsements and new business on company portals as needed Releasing renewals after making appropriate changes as needed Scanning, recording all conversations, and attaching documents to the client management system Quoting cross-sells and up-sells as much as possible Issuing pink slips when necessary, along with completing miscellaneous duties as assigned Preparing new business documents to be sent for signatures, etc. Reporting order: MVR, Autoplus, HITS Supporting other team members as needed Responding promptly to telephone, email, and fax enquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained Preparing new business documents to be sent for signatures on any new business written and providing binder of insurance, certificates of Insurance to mortgagee, lawyer dealership as required and issue pink slips
