Were hiring an SEO & Content Assistant to help improve the online visibility of our dental clients through consistent content creation, local SEO tasks, and digital marketing support. If youre an organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an interest in SEO, content marketing, or healthcare marketing, this could be a great fit. What Youll Be Doing: Content Writing & Publishing Write short, SEO-friendly blog posts for client websites Write and submit guest blogs to third-party sites (well provide the outreach strategy) Rewrite or refresh outdated website content Add videos and content to key pages to improve engagement and SEO Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization Post videos, offers, and updates on GBP listings Support regular updates to maintain accuracy and visibility Quarterly SEO Checks & Reporting Compile quarterly marketing performance reports with traffic, ranking, and content metrics Backlink, Keyword & Competitor Research Monitor backlinks to ensure they are active and valuable Assist with light competitor research (keyword focus, content, GBP performance) Community Visibility Efforts Track local community awards/voting (e.g., Top Dentist in [City]) Schedule nominations and support client participation Youd Be a Great Fit If You Are: Detail-oriented and proactive in following checklists Interested in building hands-on marketing experience Familiar with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and doing research online Have excellent English skills, including grammar, spelling, and clarity Able to manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting Bonus if youve used WordPress, Ahrefs, or Canva before
