Job Title: LEM Coordinator / Report Builder Location: Edmonton, Alberta Industry: Oil & Gas Major Capital Projects Duration: 12-Month Contract (with potential for renewal) Start Date: ASAP Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented LEM Coordinator / Report Builder to support a leading Oil & Gas client''s Major Capital Projects group in Edmonton. This role is responsible for collecting, verifying, and reporting daily field-level data related to Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) across multiple project sites. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and validate daily LEM submissions from contractors and internal teams. Build and maintain accurate project reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly). Track field productivity, man-hours, and equipment usage to ensure accurate cost capture. Collaborate with Project Controls, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity. Support project audits and reconciliations through detailed record-keeping and reporting. Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively. Requirements: Previous experience in Oil & Gas field data coordination, LEM management, or project reporting. Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools or project systems (e.g., Prism, SmartPlant, P6) is an asset. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
