Full time permanent role Benefits Number of employees: 3000+ Job Summary The Senior Building Automation Technician Project Solutions Specialist is the most senior field based technical position in our BAS Organization. Our BAS Technical Solutions & Applications Specialist serves our clients and entire organization as a leader for technical support and custom solutions. This role is seen as a leadership role in our BAS organizations it is expected this role will support the growth of our business and the its team members. Our Technical Solutions & Applications Specialist is technically strong with a focus on team development, as such this role will report directly to the Engineering Manager. The Technical Solutions & Applications Specialist will be working with their Manager and others in helping to resource service and projects. A Technical Solutions & Applications Specialist is defined as one who has served a minimum 7-10 years in the BAS industry, and has demonstrated a competency in technical challenges. Potential promotions would come during the annual increase period, and would come with the recommendation of the BAS Branch Manager, Branch Sales Manager, and President The company Canada. Education and Experience Minimum 7-10 years of BAS commission and programing experience. Valid drivers licence. Pass security screening as required by The company Canadas clients. Fluent in English both written and oral. The ability to read and understand construction plans and specs and product documentation. Fluent in Visio, Microsoft Project. Technically competent in the Schneider Electric BAS product line, building automation products. Post-secondary education or technical equivalent experience.
